U-Card™

For your safety, we have installed electronic door locks onto the front door of every apartment in the Village. To access the apartments, you must use your unique electronic key card (Ucard), thus providing a more secure and safe environment, compared to a normal key system.

SECURITY

The Village also employs the service of a Security contractor who is onsite every day Sunday to Tuesday from 10:00pm – 3.00am and Wednesday to Saturday from 10.00pm - 5:00am. They can be contacted on 0432 264409. University Security is contactable on 55527777.

And, we have Resident Assistants (RA's), senior students who complete on-call shifts each night of the week, providing an initial point of contact for residents regarding lock-outs, pastoral care issues and general support. You can contact the RA's 24 hours a day by dialing 0402 548975.

The RA Team can also be contacted from the payphone outside the laundry on the pool side by dialing *72 (*RA). Village Security can be contacted from the payphone outside the laundry on the pool side by dialing *99.
