CONTACTING RESIDENT ASSISTANTS

The Team members can be contacted a number of ways. As all of the team live in the Village they can often be found walking around or in the pool, laundry or kiosk area. If you don't know the members of the team then you can view their photo's and a brief blurb on each in The Resident Assistants Team.

For routine enquiries and emergencies when the office is closed, such as lockouts, noise issues and medical emergencies please call the on-call Resident Assistant on 0402 548 975.

The RA Team can also be contacted from the payphone outside the laundry on the pool side by dialing *72 (*RA).

Donna Young, the Village Director, can be contacted via the Village Office or by emailing donna.young@clv.com.au. If you have a serious problem or in case of an emergency Donna can also be contacted on mobile 0408 204512. Donna works from the Administration Office during the day and is generally available in the Village throughout regular office hours.
