RESIDENTIAL FEES

Weekly fee.

The Residential Fee is the fee for occupying a room at the Village and enjoying the facilities of the Village for residents. The Fee is payable in advance on a fortnightly, half yearly or yearly basis. Fortnightly payments will be direct debited to residents' bank accounts or nominated credit card (VISA or MasterCard). A schedule of dates for debiting of payments will be provided to residents who pay fortnightly.

After accepting an offer of accommodation at the Village, you are required to sign a formal Residential Agreement with the Village. The Agreement will set out in detail the arrangements for the occupation of a room in the Village and the rights and obligations of both you and the Village.

Residential Agreements are for a 52 week period commencing on 1 January and ending 31st December. Residential fees are payable for the entire 52 week period from 1st January. First year students may need to contact Village management regarding their exceptional requirements.

You will be entitled to occupy your room throughout this period. You will not be required to vacate your room during the mid year break and you can continue to occupy your room between the end of the academic year and 31 December if you wish.
