Cleaning charges

Do and charge basis.

Residents will be responsible for maintaining their apartments, ensuring they are clean and tidy.

Inspections will be carried out by Village administration on a regular basis. Residents will be able to avail themselves of cleaning services on a do and charge basis with prior arrangement with Village administration.

Cost is as required.

Includes – king single sheets, pillow, pillow case, quilt cover, towel.

Crockery pack

Includes – saucepan, frypan, place setting for 2, cutlery for 2, knives, measuring jug, tea towel, container, utensils.

Contract termination

Once-off payment.

All residential agreements at the village are for 52 weeks and it is anticipated that it is every resident's intention to honour that agreement.

Events do occur resulting in residents wishing to vacate their rooms. The village administration will help residents to find a person to take over their agreement, but until that is done the resident must continue paying weekly fees.

Providing this service comes at a cost and is disruptive to the village community. A contract termination fee is charged which is equivalent to 2 weeks occupancy fee, if the termination is subsequent to taking up physical occupancy of a room, or is after 1st January.

Residential agreements signed and subsequently terminated before the 1st January of the new year, upon agreement with the village administration will only incur a one week charge.

Fee is equivalent to 2 weeks rent.
