Application fee

Once off fee.

The application fee is a once off fee payable when submitting your application form. The fee will confirm your request for accommodation at the Village. Residents returning to the Village after their first year in residence will not be required to pay this fee again.

This fee is non-refundable.

No refund will be paid to applicants who cancel their application (or whose application for accommodation in the Village is unsuccessful).

Enrolment fee

Annual fee.

An enrolment fee is charged annually at the commencement of the year to all successful students in securing accommodation at Griffith University Village.

$115.00 (GST inclusive)

* Please note after an application has been made a Residential Agreement will be sent to the nominated email address. The applicant then has 14 days to return the signed agreement to the office in order to reserve the room. If agreement is not returned in this period and if no contact is made we will assume you do not wish to reside at the Village and a refund of the Enrolment fee will be made.
