No matter what time it is, there’s always someone to provide support if required. We have staff available during the day and an evening duty manager, campus security and Resident Assistants (RAs) on-call after hours.
Staff members are trained in first aid, crisis management and dealing with personal issues. Our well-developed systems ensure any issues are managed promptly, and we work closely with university support staff to ensure residents receive all the assistance they require.
