We offer a ‘no surprises' approach to fees so you know exactly what you are paying for. Village fees consist of a one-off application fee, a security deposit (refundable on departure subject to you having paid all other amounts under your residential agreement) and a weekly residential fee that includes all utilities (water, electricity and gas).
Internet is available as an optional extra. Please enquire at Reception for rates.
