Thank you for choosing to re-apply to Griffith University Village for 2012! Demand for accommodation at the Village is high, so we're giving you the chance to secure your room for 2012 before we open applications to new residents. Simply complete the online re-application process and submit your documents back to Griffith University Village.
Confirm your accommodation for 2012 by 17th November 2011, to receive a discounted rate of $195.50 per week in a 5 bedroom apartment. To be eligible, a signed 52 week residential agreement and all associated documents must be submitted by 5pm 17th November 2011.
As part of the re-application process, you will be given the opportunity to participate in the Summer Letting Pool (the "Pool") anticipated to be operated at Griffith University Village from 01 January 2012 to 31 January 2012. Rather than leaving your room unoccupied until you arrive at Griffith University Village, the Pool gives participating residents an opportunity to earn income by allowing Griffith University Village to let their room on a casual basis whether by itself or in conjunction with other room(s) in Griffith University Village as a group booking.
To re-apply, please follow the steps below:
Step 1
Login to the resident portal with your username and password (recently emailed to you). If you would like these details resent to you please contact reception at (07) 5631 4628 or info@griffithuv.com.au.
Step 2
Complete the online application form.
Step 3
Sign your residential agreement and associated documents for 2012 and return it to reception by 5pm Monday, 31 October 2011 to confirm your place at Griffith University Village for 2012.

Step 4
Optional for residents wanting to participate in Pool
Read the Information Memorandum for the Pool and sign your Scheme Agreement for the January/February 2012 Pool and return it to reception by 31 October 2011 to confirm your participation in the Pool.
